Well doctor since I started my treatment with you. I’ve noticed a huge effect on my health. The medication I took from has an immediate reaction.Whereas medication taken from the chemist are immediate reaction but with side effects.And I am feeling much  better about my knee pain. My knee often gets swollen but now not that much. And I am able to do movement with the knee easily.Even my digestion has improved so much.

I first heard about Ayurveda 4 years ago and it was that moment that changed my life.

I got the answers I needed for mostly all of my problems , especially health problems, as from lack of health come all the others. 

I have been suffering for 16 years from Eczema(or dermatitis or inverse psoriasis as none of the allopathic doctors would say the same). There came a moment where my skin in different parts of the body(visible and not visible) would go dry, itchy, inflamed and bleeding in blisters creating so much discomfort that made me cry not only from pain and discomfort but also emotionally as my skin was not good looking. 

Only from following ayurvedic tips and lifestyle and the recommendations about food, lifestyle and herbal preparations from the ayurvedic doctor, Vaidya Dr.Rohit now 90% of my eczema is healed. 

As it is a chronic disease I still have to take care about my food and lifestyle as it requires time and patience to have wonderful and amazing results, but being well and looking healthy will always be worthwhile!

I totally recommend you to consult a vaidya if you really want to remove the disease from its roots or you just want to prevent future illnesses and maintain your health in the long term.

Transcendental Meditation has brought many positive changes in my life.Before learning Transcendental Meditation, I was not able to control my emotional health. Very often I could not handle the slightest negative pressure. I got stressed about simple things.

With Transcendental Meditation, my life has taken a u -turn. I found myself with the potential to handle my emotional health in a much better way. As such, I am able to sleep better and focus on my daily activities. I noticed improvements in my memory and capacity for concentration. I have also noticed that negative attitudes or remarks do not irritate me that much compared to the period prior initiation into Transcendental Meditation.Sometimes, I also have the feeling that I am able to “read” other people’s feelings especially when they are not speaking the truth or showing ingratitude.

It was NOT a normal therapy session. My experience with Marma therapy was far more rare than that:

Being an advanced meditator, a sidha, I witnessed an intense transformation in my deep consciousness -a profound stress release! 

Dr. Rohit used his Marma healing touch to remove deep hidden emotional and physical blockages by pressing gently on some secret points -it was a journey into the self; I experienced deep stress release, I let go of the past, of old guilt and grudges .. 

My heart was open, my chest was light .. I felt new ! Oh and I shed lots of tears 🙂

The healing was profound, instant and permanent. I can’t wait to do Marma therapy again with Dr. Rohit 🙏🏼

I met Dr Rohit Bartake during a professional meeting at work and I am since then connected with him firstly through Transcendental Meditation and secondly through his treatment in Ayurveda. I have been in India few times and met several good Ayurveda Doctors, but hardly met an Ayurveda Doctor of same caliber in Mauritius. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and started allopathic treatment for a few months but I didn’t get much relief then I shifted to Ayurvedic medicines from Dr. Rohit Bartake from Mumbai.
