Ayurveda — which means “science of life”— is a traditional system of medicine originating in ancient India more than 5000 years back and is still being used effectively. Ayurveda is a comprehensive, prevention-oriented system of natural health that addresses the body, mind and environment of the individual in order to provide a holistic cure.

Ayurveda is Complete knowledge of integration of life ,Ayurveda is one of the 40 aspects of Veda & Vedic Literature.It’s beyond just absence of disease.It goes to value of creating an enlightened individual who can live life in perfection.Can live in happiness, health and well-being at all levels not only physical but also mental, social & particularly at the level of being which is the source of all outer aspects of creation.

Consciousness is the foundation of Health, Happiness & Long life.

In the Vedic Literature, Health is called Svastha.  ‘Sva’ means Atma [the Self], and ‘Stha’ means established in Atma. Healthy is he, who is established in Atma, [i.e. in his own infinite Self, Pure Transcendental Consciousness]. And established in Atma means established in the two opposite values—many and one—opposite values. It is the transcendental value of Brahm…”

All Yoga is a part of Ayurveda, all Vedanta is a part of Ayurveda. All values physical, mental, spiritual, they are a part of Ayurveda. They have brought on a very authentic level the entire course of Development from ignorance to complete Enlightenment.

The real purpose of Ayurveda is to enliven immortality in the mortal.
